- Customization and Print-on-Demand: All our products are custom-made and printed on demand. This means that each product is created specifically for you, according to the design and specifications you provide during the order process.
- Order Confirmation: Before placing an order, please review your design, product type, size, and color selections. Ensure that all information is accurate, as we do not accept responsibility for errors in the provided details.
- Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our production process. Therefore, cancellations are not accepted so please be careful and make sure your order is correct before placing it.
- Refunds and Returns: Given the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.
- Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order.
