  3. Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our production process. Therefore, cancellations are not accepted so please be careful and make sure your order is correct before placing it.
  4. Refunds and Returns: Given the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.
